Skate parks provide informal opportunities for youth to socialise and participate in unstructured physical activity. City of Parramatta currently manages four skate facilities in the following locations:
Parramatta Skate Park
This skate park is located at James Ruse Reserve Harris Street near Hassall Street, Harris Park, a short walking distance from Parramatta train station and bus interchange and includes half pipes, funbox, grindrails and a 9ft bowl.
Telopea Skate Park
This skate park is located at Sturt Park Sturt Street near Evans Road, Telopea within walking distance of Telopea train station and along 545, 550 and 521 bus routes and includes quarter pipes, banks, grindrail, funbox and a recently completed mini bowl.
Carlingford Skate Park
This skate park is located at John Wearn Reserve Farnell Avenue, Carlingford along bus routes 630, 546, 549 and 553 and includes quarter pipes, banks, grindrail and funbox.
West Epping Skate Park
This skate park is located at West Epping Park Mountain Street, Epping and includes quarter pipe, grindrail, ramps and funbox.
