Active Parramatta Van – Better Ageing fitness at home

The Active Parramatta Van invites you to sign up for our new program, Better Ageing fitness at home. This free program has been designed to keep you active from the comfort of your own home, and has been developed in response to the social distancing measures in place due to Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Whether we guide you through fitness programs via an online live video link, by posting printed programs to your home or taking you through sessions over the phone, there is an option to suit everyone.

Please read the Terms and Conditions of the Active Parramatta Online Programs before registering. 

Better Ageing Mobility Flow

Yoga inspired poses which gradually promote mobility while gently strengthening and aligning the body. Breathing techniques and mindfulness practices are integrated to enhance emotional wellbeing.
